 A native of Rhode Island, Mary has been married for 39 years, has 4 children and 5 grandchildren. Outside of being with her family and friends Mary enjoys gardening, music, reading and kayaking. Mary was commissioned in 2003 by Bishop Emeritus John Smith of the Diocese of Trenton as a Lay Ecclesial Minister and served as Campus Minister at a Catholic High School. Soon after, she accepted a position as the Pastoral Associate at her home parish where she served and worked for 14 years before leaving to teach Theology. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Theology and Parish Ministries from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. In her free time she leads retreats and workshops and has recently branched out to share God's great love and mercy beyond the parish lines
