Introducing the Men of Jonah

Every Thursday Evening at 7:00 PM in Morgan Hall.

We are pleased to introduce The Men of Jonah, a Catholic men’s group open to every man who desires to grow in faith, deepen his relationship with Christ, and experience the strength of authentic brotherhood. We gather every Thursday evening at 7:00 PM in Morgan Hall for one hour of conversation, reflection, and fellowship centered on our Catholic faith.

The Men of Jonah is founded on a simple belief: we are all part of the Kingdom of Christ, and no man should have to walk his journey of faith alone. In a world where many men can feel isolated, distracted, or uncertain of their purpose, we seek to create a sacred space where men can come as they are, speak honestly, listen deeply, and encourage one another.

As we have learned, there is something powerful about men of faith speaking openly and honestly with other men. Through authentic conversation, we can become more honest with ourselves, more present to those around us, and more willing to do the inner work necessary for spiritual growth. Many of the God-given strengths of men—courage, wisdom, responsibility, compassion, leadership, and brotherhood – can become diminished in our modern era. The Men of Jonah seeks to help reclaim and strengthen these gifts through the wisdom and practice of a spiritual life.

Each week, we gather in a circle to discuss our Catholic faith and explore how our faith can shape the way we live, love, lead, serve, and respond to the challenges of everyday life. There is no expectation that anyone has all the answers. We learn from one another. We challenge one another. We support one another.
Scripture reminds us, “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17) We believe that men can best learn from other men when they are willing to walk together in faith.

The Men of Jonah was offered throughout the summer and will continue throughout the year, alongside our regular Wednesday morning Men’s Group.
We invite you to join us. Come sit in the circle, share your voice, listen to your brothers, and help us all grow toward a deeper, more authentic, and life-changing spirituality through Christ.
