Everyone has a unique path, but we believe we have the same destination: full communion with the Catholic Church. If the categories below do not seem to fit you, please reach out to Fr. Jon and share your story.
A Catholic coming here from another parish
Please introduce yourself to the parish secretary so we know who you are.
If you would like to learn more about the parish, make an appointment with Cheryl Judge, Director of Stewardship.
If you would like to speak to the parish priest, make an appointment with Fr. Jon.
A Catholic returning to the Church
Catholics who stopped practicing the faith or joined another Christian community can simply make plans to receive the sacrament of reconciliation, then begin attending Sunday Mass.
If you would like to speak to Fr. Jon, you can make an appointment.
If you are new to the parish for the first time, please speak to the parish secretary.
A non-Catholic Christian joining the Catholic Church
Protestant Christians may be asked to attend weekly catechism classes from September through Easter. In this case, they receive the sacraments of Confirmation and the Eucharist during the Easter season. Protestants who are knowledgeable of Protestant/Catholic differences may be asked only to meet with the parish priest a few times before receiving the sacraments.
Orthodox Christians may be asked to meet a few times with the Director of Religious Education and the parish priest. At a Sunday Mass, they are received into full communion with the Catholic Church.

A non-Christian joining the Catholic Church
Non-Christians can join the Catholic Church after participation in the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA). OCIA includes weekly catechism classes from September through Easter and special liturgies (ceremonies) during Lent. They receive the sacraments of baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist at the Easter Vigil, the night before Easter Sunday.
